Opayo, formerly known as Sage, is a leading accounting software provider serving businesses of all sizes. When there was a desire to create a series of customer testimonials to showcase the effectiveness and importance of their service, they turned to JAM Creative Agency for their expertise in crafting films. The objective was to capture authentic testimonials from a diverse range of customers, each filmed at their place of business. This project spanned across the UK and Europe to gather both testimonials and relevant footage.
The series included a film about Jaguar Land Rover which included filming at the car manufacturer's Whitley HQ as well as filming at various European locations to capture footage of Jaguar Land Rover cars to complement the testimonial. Post-production work included compositing techniques, particularly with computer and smartphone screens, to effectively showcase the Sage software.
Each shoot day required meticulous planning and extensive pre-production to ensure all elements were in place. The emphasis on genuine testimonials meant the team had to be adaptable in capturing relevant footage to accompany each testimonial.
Despite the complexity of this multi-month, multi-location production with input from multiple stakeholders, the result was a coherent and engaging campaign that showcased the personal stories at the core of accounting software, highlighting Sage’s, and now Opayo's, commitment to its customers.
